UV Sander Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented UV Sander Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating UV sanding equipment to prepare surfaces for finishing, ensuring products meet strict quality standards. Your precision and adherence to safety protocols will be key to maintaining efficient production and superior product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate UV sanding machinery according to production schedules.

Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to ensure smooth operation and consistent surface quality.

Inspect sanded surfaces for defects and uphold quality control standards.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of sanding equipment to optimize functionality.

Collaborate with team members to resolve production challenges and improve processes.

Qualifications:

Experience with UV sanding or related manufacturing processes is preferred.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality finishes.

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and maintain machinery safely.

Ability to follow strict safety procedures and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Steel toe boots are required for this position to ensure workplace safety.
