Priority Chevrolet Newport News - Newport News, VA Are you organized, personable, and customer-focused? Priority Chevrolet Newport News is looking for a Part-Time Service BDC Administrator to join our high-performing team!

As a Service BDC (Business Development Center) Administrator , you'll be the first point of contact for customers scheduling service appointments. Your role is critical in ensuring an exceptional customer experience through clear communication, efficient scheduling, and follow-up. Answer inbound service calls and respond to online appointment requests

Schedule and confirm service appointments using dealership software

Follow up with customers regarding service visits, reminders, and satisfaction surveys

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system

Assist the service department with administrative support tasks

Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction

Previous experience in a call center, dealership service department, or customer service role preferred

Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills

Proficient with computers, scheduling tools, and CRM software

Availability for flexible part-time hours , including some evenings and Saturdays
