The hourly rate for this position is $21.50
The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property. Key duties include patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance cameras, and responding to disturbances or emergencies. This role involves assisting guests with inquiries, enforcing hotel policies, and reporting suspicious activities or incidents to management or law enforcement. A Security Officer must exceed guest expectations by providing a positive experience during their stay. Understand the mission, vision, and goals of the hotel.
Must be able to prioritize and work efficiently with limited supervision.
Must be able to speak and understand and communicate the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

Safety requirements of PPE as needed for duty assigned and with use of required tools and equipment
Bilingual English/Spanish speaking skills preferred
Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property by patrolling premises and monitoring surveillance cameras.
Enforce hotel policies and report suspicious activities.
Check alarm systems, safety, and fire equipment, and monitor the security of building doors, service areas, and delivery areas.
Adhere to flexible scheduling based on business needs, including holidays, nights, overnights, and weekends.
