Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy treatment services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Assist residents in improving functional abilities, activities of daily living, mobility, and overall independence while maintaining accurate documentation.
Requirements
Active COTA License
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Minimum 1 year of COTA experience preferredSkilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Rehabilitation experience preferred
Strong patient care and documentation skills
Required Credentials
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License - Required
Associate Degree from an Accredited OTA Program - Required
NBCOT Certification - Required
BLS/CPR Certification - Preferred
