Head of Recruiting & HR

A food and beverage services organization is seeking a Director of Human Resources to partner directly with the CEO and lead the continued evolution of the company’s people strategy, leadership capability, and HR infrastructure.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on HR leader who can think strategically while rolling up their sleeves to drive execution across talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, compensation, payroll, benefits, and performance management.
The ideal leader will be comfortable building structure, strengthening leadership capability, and creating scalable people processes that support continued expansion.
This role is based in Kennesaw, Georgia and requires a full-time onsite presence.
Serve as the HR business partner and trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team
Strengthen leadership capability, coaching, and management effectiveness across the organization
Improve recruiting processes and talent acquisition outcomes across administrative, operational, customer support, and healthcare-related functions
Lead employee relations, engagement, performance management, compensation, and benefits initiatives
Build scalable HR programs and infrastructure to support continued growth and acquisitions
Oversee HR support for a blended workforce that includes domestic employees, offshore personnel, contractors, and outsourced teams
Drive accountability, process improvement, and stronger people leadership practices throughout the organization
Senior HR leadership experience within hospitality, F&B, or similar
Experience supporting field-based blue-collar workforces
Executive-level visibility and direct partnership with the CEO
Ability to build and modernize the HR function in a business that values operational impact and leadership partnership
