Registered Nurse, RN - Full Time Weekend Position, Evening and Night Shift

$35.5 - $42 per hour

Northbrook Rehabilitation Center is actively hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide both clinical leadership and hands‑on skilled nursing care. The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in resident assessment, care planning, and day‑to‑day clinical decision‑making. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will collaborate closely with nursing staff, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Compensation: $35.50 - $42 per hour | Daily Pay Available!

$5000 RN Sign‑On Bonus (paid over one year in quarterly increments)

Full‑Time Evenings (2PM - 10PM)

Full‑Time Nights (10PM - 6AM) Monday - Friday

Weekend packages available: Days (6AM - 2PM) & Evenings (2PM - 10PM)

Weekend schedule may be Friday to Sunday / Saturday to Monday

Provide skilled nursing care as a Registered Nurse (RN), including comprehensive resident assessments

Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

Provide clinical oversight and guidance to nursing staff during assigned shifts

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders

Monitor resident condition changes and intervene appropriately

Communicate effectively with providers, residents, and families

Support quality initiatives, infection control practices, and resident safety

Current state Registered Nurse (RN) licensure

Ability to lead, mentor, and support nursing staff

Skilled nursing or long‑term care experience preferred
