Homecare Registered Nurse

Hospice / Home Care

Assignment Type: Travel RN

Shift Duration: 8 hours

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230

Weekend / On-Call Requirement: None

Active Tennessee Registered Nurse license

At least 1 year of nursing experience required

Hospice experience strongly preferred

Home care or home health documentation experience preferred

Associate degree in nursing or higher

Manage a caseload of hospice patients in their homes and community settings

Provide skilled nursing care with a focus on comfort, dignity, and quality of life

Perform and support nursing procedures such as catheter placement, PleurX drain care, wound care, and trach care

Complete timely assessments, documentation, and care coordination

Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to support individualized hospice plans

Travel between patient visits throughout the assigned coverage area
