We’re seeking a temporary Talent Sourcer & Coordinator to support our fast‑paced hiring efforts during a high‑growth phase. This role is primarily focused on building strong candidate pipelines, conducting creative outbound sourcing, and ensuring exceptional coordination and logistics for interviews. You’ll be instrumental in keeping our hiring engine running smoothly, owning the top of funnel and delivering a best‑in‑class experience for every candidate.

Own top‑of‑funnel sourcing for priority roles across the company, identifying and engaging high‑quality candidates.
Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach messages that reflect our values and stand out in a competitive market.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and target profiles.
Manage top‑of‑funnel candidate pipeline organization, tracking, and reporting in our ATS.
Support weekly hiring syncs by preparing pipeline updates, insights, and recommendations.
Leverage automation tools and creative sourcing tactics to increase efficiency and scale.
Collaborate with recruiting and business leaders to continuously improve sourcing operations and interview processes.
3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or a hybrid sourcing/coordination role – ideally in a fast‑paced startup environment.
Strong proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
Exceptional scheduling and organizational skills – you’re fast, detail‑oriented, and comfortable juggling many moving parts.
A genuine enthusiasm for candidate outreach, creative sourcing strategies, and building pipelines from scratch.
