Full Time LMFT - Remote position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team at Priory Wellbeing Center. This full-time remote position offers the unique opportunity to work with individuals, couples, and families, providing essential support in navigating emotional, relational, and mental health challenges. You will play a key role in our community health clinic model, ensuring clients receive comprehensive, evidence-based therapeutic services tailored to their needs.

Priory Wellbeing Center is committed to advancing mental health care by integrating innovative therapeutic practices within a supportive environment. This position is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work location while maintaining a direct impact on client well-being. Monday through Friday work hours from 9 AM to 5 PM offer a balanced professional life. Our virtual workspace utilizes advanced telehealth platforms, ensuring efficient and secure communication with clients. This environment allows you to build meaningful connections while minimizing administrative disruptions.

Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gain an understanding of client's emotional and mental health history, creating individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
Provide evidence-based therapy services, employing various therapeutic modalities to assist clients in overcoming relational distress, life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and other challenges.
Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation in compliance with Arizona Board of Behavioral Health standards, ensuring regulatory adherence and continuity of care.
This role primarily focuses on serving a diverse population, including individuals and families from varied backgrounds facing a range of mental health issues. Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health or psychiatric setting, with proven therapeutic competencies.
Demonstrated capability to function both independently and as part of a comprehensive healthcare team.
In-depth knowledge of state and federal mental health regulations to ensure compliance in therapeutic practice.

Involvement in case management and collaboration with other health professionals to facilitate integrated care.
Familiarity with telehealth best practices, including the use of secure communication platforms to deliver therapy remotely.
