As a Truck Team Member, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while performing physical, hands-on tasks. From junk removal to recycling and donations, you'll be making a difference for people in your community. General Labor Tasks:

Lift, carry, and load a variety of items safely and efficiently into the truck.
Sorting and Recycling: Site Clean-Up: Ensure the job site is spotless after each removal, leaving customers impressed.
Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly, explain our services, and answer their questions.
Offer solutions tailored to customers' unique junk removal needs.
Identify and recommend additional services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
On-Site Sales: Provide cost estimates and explain pricing in a way that builds trust and confidence with customers.
Maintain open communication with the team and management to ensure smooth operations.
Customer Focus: Confidence in discussing pricing and identifying customer needs to promote additional services.
Competitive Pay: Earn $22 - $26 per hour, with additional opportunities for tips and bonuses.
