Here, you have that opportunity and that is why we want you to join us as the next Human Resources Generalist. This role is focused on providing day-to-day HR administrative support and guidance for the team so they can succeed in their roles. Processing biweekly payroll
Health, disability, and retirement plans
Conducting audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected, filed and compliant
Fielding questions from applicants and employees relative to policies, benefits, and hiring processes
Conducting or assists with new hire orientation
Payroll and recruiting experience
Prior related HR experience
Professional level interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact and diplomacy
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Able to quickly learn payroll processing, and other HR applications
