Travel RN - Med/Surg (Surgical Unit) | Urbana, IL | Days
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week Travel Med/Surg assignment at a leading acute care hospital in Urbana, Illinois.
Specialty: Med/Surg - Surgical Unit
Shift: Days (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Provide comprehensive nursing care to post-operative surgical patients.
Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Monitor and care for patients with tracheostomies, wound vacs, and ostomies.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR.
Active Illinois RN License.
Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience.
Epic EMR experience required.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required.
