HR Recruiting Generalist - REMOTE

Our client is a global consumer products company with an international footprint and a well-established brand portfolio. They're hiring an HR Operations Specialist to run the day-to-day administrative, compliance, and systems side of a busy HR function, supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.

This role suits someone organized, responsive, and detail-oriented who handles sensitive information with discretion and is comfortable juggling multiple HR processes at once in a fast-paced environment.

The role is based in midtown, four days in office with one remote day per week.

Running day-to-day HR administration across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, employee records, leave programs, workers' compensation, and accommodation requests, plus fielding and routing employee questions

Maintaining the HRIS, org charts, and dashboards, preparing recurring reports, and supporting compliance filings including EEOC, OSHA, and Form 5500

Supporting policy and handbook updates, HR communications, company events, and special projects

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

3+ years of HR experience spanning benefits administration, payroll support, HRIS, and employee lifecycle work

Hands-on ADP experience as an HRIS is required

Sharp attention to detail, strong written communication, and sound judgment with confidential information
