As a Client Relations Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for clients seeking guidance on our realty, mortgage, and insurance products and services. It's a great opportunity for early-career professionals to build expertise in consumer finance while making a real impact. Serve as the advisor for clients seeking guidance on realty, mortgage, and insurance products and services

Communicate clearly and professionally while building rapport with clients

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred

The base hourly pay range for this position is $24.04 – $28.85 per hour. This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with applicable law.

In addition to base hourly pay and overtime, this position is eligible for transaction-based incentive compensation based on performance and discretionary bonus opportunities. As a result, total cash compensation may vary based on hours worked, overtime, individual performance, transaction-based incentive earnings, and any applicable discretionary bonus.
