Permanent / Full-time Master Electrician

Jetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100 million homes across North America away from fossil fuels toward sustainable energy use. Homes are one of the largest sources of carbon emissions, yet adoption of solutions like heat pumps remains slow due to cost and complexity. Jetson is solving this by building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company making clean energy simple, transparent, and affordable.

We rely heavily on technology, automation, and data to scale this impact. At Jetson, we value people who are excellent at their craft, curious about new tools (including AI), and motivated to continuously improve how work gets done.

Ready to do the most meaningful electrical work of your career? At Jetson, we're on a mission to get every home off gas and Columbia is one of the best places in the country to make that happen. As one of our first boots on the ground in Maryland, you won't just be running wire: you'll be helping us build the playbook. You'll work alongside a tight-knit install team to remove gas furnaces, bring in electric heat pump systems, and collaborate directly with our engineering team to sharpen our process and push our product forward. If you're the kind of electrician who takes pride in clean work, loves solving problems in the field, and wants to be part of something bigger than a service call this is your seat at the table.
