Home Health Care Nurse (RN) - Full/Part Time

Love your job and feel fulfilled as an In‑Home Care Registered Nurse. Family Tree Private Care is searching for full‑time, part‑time, and PRN RNs. We are looking for compassionate nurses with a passion for service, family values, and a true desire to help the elderly. Nursing positions will enjoy flexible schedule options, an enjoyable work environment that is warm, positive, and supportive.
Travel to assigned patient’s homes and manage their care plan according to physician’s instructions.
Educate caregivers and family on the after‑care or ongoing care of the patient.
Keep the patient comfortable through palliative care.
Recommend tools or devices that may improve the quality of life for the patient.
Strong candidates have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in the home‑care industry (or related industry - hospice, home health, hospital, etc.).
Ability to act swiftly in emergencies and work efficiently.
Knowledge of clinical skills including changing bandages, giving tube feedings, administering shots, and setting up and monitoring IVs.
50 per hour.
