Paralegal (Management - Full Time)

To support organizational operations, the full-time remote Contracts Paralegal will independently review, draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of contracts while collaborating with attorneys and business stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
Draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts, ensuring adherence to legal processes and timely execution
Collaborate with business teams to facilitate contract reviews and provide guidance on workflows and standard clauses
Lead projects aimed at improving contract processes and user experience, serving as a subject matter expert in inter-departmental teams
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a relevant field; paralegal certification and experience preferred
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in contract review and development
Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, with experience in the not-for-profit sector a plus
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Microsoft Word skills
Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, with a preference for Icertis and Jira
