Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and specialized nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care.

Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction to patients and their families about effective therapy methods that will bolster recovery at home.

Document and Evaluate Progress: Continuously monitor and record clinical advancements, modifying treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track to success.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Commitment to lifelong learning through continuing education or graduate certificates is encouraged and supported.

Current occupational therapist (OTR/L) license required.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.

Enthusiasm for assisting others coupled with a passion for empowering individuals to attain their highest level of self-sufficiency.

Strong, empathetic communication skills in interactions with both patients and colleagues.
