Head of Operations Management (m/w/d)

As our Director of Operations, you'll oversee multiple high-volume eatertainment venues where great food is only part of the equation. Our guests come for the games, attractions, events, and energy just as much as they come for the menu.
This role requires a leader who understands hospitality, entertainment, financial performance, and people development. If you've successfully led complex, high-volume operations where restaurants and entertainment intersect, we want to talk.
What You'll Do Lead the operational performance of multiple eatertainment venues.
Drive sales, EBITDA, labor productivity, food cost, beverage cost, and operating profit.
Ensure every location delivers an exceptional guest experience across both food and entertainment.
Analyze KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance across the portfolio.
Partner with Marketing to execute promotions, events, loyalty initiatives, and local store marketing.
Work closely with Culinary, Facilities, HR, Finance, and Training to support operational excellence.
Lead new store openings, acquisitions, remodels, and major operational initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all health, alcohol, gaming, safety, and company standards.
Travel regularly throughout your region.
What We're Looking For 7+ years of multi-unit leadership experience.
Strong financial acumen with deep experience managing restaurant P&Ls.
Proven ability to improve operational performance and guest satisfaction.
Experience leading large hourly and salaried workforces.
Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
