TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI W/ FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH SECURITY CLEARANCE (U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED)- Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all the client/server/network devices. - Manages IT system infrastructure, configuration, operation, and any processes related to the IT systems. - Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, and diagnosis. - Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Minimum Qualifications: - Windows 11: ability to troubleshoot various hardware issues - Linux: experience with Ubuntu and Fedora - Networking: experience with Juniper - Windows Server: manage roles including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory including Group Policy, Remote Desktop Services, and Hyper-V - Experience with Powershell scripting Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Cisco and Dell networking systems - Ability to upgrade code on Cisco and Juniper switches - Strong Windows and Linux troubleshooting skills with hardware and software issues - HP Device Manager (understanding of RMM tools would be sufficient) - Experience with Splunk, Zabbix, Syslog-ng REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Shall have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.DESIRED EXPERIENCE: ​​​​​​Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.EDUCATION: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in technical discipline is requiredCompensation: We are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation. The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $250,000 per year. This range reflects the compensation offered across the locations where we hire.
