Coordinates the flow of information from details to the field.

• Models and details projects from start to finish.
• Continual refinement of drawings to meet the needs of the field.
• Participation in BIM coordination for projects, as needed.
• Ownership of BIM clashes and changes required.
• Works with the project team to develop and detail the drawings.
• Provides a consistent flow of communications and information to and from the project teams.
• Communicates shop drawing status continually with project teams.
• Communicates BIM Coordination issues/clashes/tasks to project teams.
• Work in partnership with managers to design, teach, and maintain the BIM- related project management training program.
• Assistance to Project Managers at a PE level of competency.
• Assistance with management of the Layout department.
• Assistance with management of the Sitework department.
• Assistance with management of the Leased Labor program.

• Proficient in the use of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Procore or other similar software.
• Experience with Construction Management software.
