Registered Nurse - Care Manager

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Current RN Licensure in Washington State

Healthcare Provider Level of BLS certification within 30 days of hire

Acute care nursing experience preferred, with a minimum of one year of RN experience preferred for specialty nursing departments

Implement patient care consistent with established procedures and care plans.

Document patient information according to policy and regulatory requirements.

Delegate and oversee patient care activities effectively.

Maintain high standards of communication and collaboration with healthcare team members.
