Develop Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess the specific needs of patients to create tailored therapy strategies that help them reach their functional goals.

Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner with OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, integrated care.

Educate Patients and Caregivers: Instruct patients and their families on therapy methods that support ongoing progress at home.

Track Progress and Document Changes: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Current and active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

Required certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy).
