Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and craft individualized therapy strategies to assist them in achieving their functional goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Adopt clinically-proven methodologies to boost patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work hand in hand with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to guarantee comprehensive, holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and caregivers on therapeutic methods to facilitate ongoing development outside of the clinical setting
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatments as needed to ensure patients remain on track

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Encouragement and support for continuing education or advanced certifications

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
