Human Resources Generalist/ Employee Relations (Remote)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to be a part of a high performing team. The HR Generalist will report to the Regional Head of Human Resources in Broomfield, CO. We are looking for an experienced HR professional who prioritizes the client’s experience, is resourceful and adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment. 4 days onsite/1 day remote.
Support Regional Head HR with strategic business initiatives
Collaborate with a variety of global HR functions and contribute to process efficiencies, global standardization and project work
Manage employee leave cases, including coordination of company-paid leave, FMLA, CO-FAMLI, disability benefits
Employee file and documentation management in HRIS; Manage work authorization process, including visa and green card processes in coordination with immigration counsel
Ensuring compliance with local labor laws (including EEOC, ADA, FMLA, state mandated FMLA, and other employment regulations) and staying abreast of legislation changes
Serve as a point of contact for all employee questions regarding benefits, policies and employee relations
Support with employee relations case management
Process improvement mindset – actively contribute to global HR projects to further develop the HR function
Prepare HR reports, statistics, and data upon request
Gain a thorough understanding of the business by staying informed about industry trends, Partners Group culture, company policies, and organizational structures
Respond and resolve employee inquiries through ticketing portal (ServiceNow)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
HR certification (e.g., 5-10 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, ideally in financial or professional services and global, complex environments
effective interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to excel in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented, high‑volume environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Excel
Extensive experience with HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors and ADP Workforce Now
Proven ability to analyze data from diverse sources to identify key insights and trends, driving informed decision‑making and strategic planning
Strong interpersonal skills for effectively supporting employees and businesses on HR matters

Partners Group compensation has a long-term outlook and philosophy, and our total compensation emphasizes performance-based long-term incentives. Base pay range for this role is $106,000 -$125,000, and a performance-based bonus are additional parts of the total compensation package.
