• Provides personal care services under the direction of the Registered Nurse . The Aide is assigned to specific clients by the Registered Nurse or other appropriate professional who performs services for clients as necessary to maintain their personal comfort and well-being.

Provide companionship and, if authorized, transportation to clients according to the care plan.

Report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor as outlined in the care plan.

Document care provided and maintain accurate records for the Agency.

Work collaboratively with the client's care team and ensure effective communication.

Promote client safety by following infection control practices and reporting unsafe conditions.

Qualifications - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Possess a current and active CNA certification issued by the state of Florida.
• Provide proof of successful completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Submit proof of graduation from an accredited school of nursing (Florida or other state).
• Ability to read, write, and follow a written care plan effectively.
• Must be a licensed driver with a personal automobile that is:
