IMPORTANT - this contract is Temp to Hire. We can only consider candidates who are interested in converting to staff. The XXXX as a full time Penn Medicine CMA is approx. XXXXXXXXXXX-22/hour. LOCATION: Penn Primary Care Plumsteadville: 5612 Easton Road, Plumsteadville, PA 18949

18 Months of CMA experience REQUIRED

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday. Weekly schedule will include 1 late shift of 11:45a-8:15pm. Other shifts will be 745a-415p or 8am-445p. Schedules are available 2 weeks out.

INTERVIEW: Teams interview

RESPONSIBILITIES – Room patients, patient calls, booking appts, other responsibilities as assigned.

TRAINING: 5-hour EPIC training on a Friday during the onboarding process. 8a-1p with break plus 15-minute HIPAA training module.

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS/INFORMATION: Submit candidates with the Submission cover form and resume in 1 document. RTO must be listed on submission cover form for consideration. Please highlight that the candidate has EPIC experience is a plus for this practice. After Award Acceptance - COA must be uploaded within 48 hours of the award being accepted. Candidate profile in B4Health must be accurate (name, email, phone number, DOB and last 4 of SS#). Approved RTO must be added to B4Health under candidate profile. In the case that the same candidate is submitted by multiple agencies, the agency with the right to represent will be considered the agency of record. The right to represent should be included in the submission packet.

COMPLIANCE: Due on the Wednesday before the start date. Make sure your candidate is ready to start the compliance process immediately upon accepting the award. Medicals and drug screens must be started within 72 hours of accepting the award. Candidates who do not start this requirement within 72 hours are at risk of the contract being cancelled.
