As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of De Beers London’s flagship store in The Houston Galleria. You will drive sales performance across all categories, cultivate strong client relationships with existing clients, create new relationships and work to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. You will embody the prestige and elegance of De Beers London in every aspect of the selling ceremony by acting as an ambassador and delivering unparalleled service and expertise to our discerning clientele.

Introduce the Brand to all visitors and explain its history to new clients.

Develop strong negotiation skills to ensure sales closure.

Act Like an Owner: Take full responsibility for the store's performance and client satisfaction. Make decisions that align with the brand's values and long-term goals.

Ensure everyone understands the brand's vision and objectives.

Provide training and development opportunities to enhance their skills.

Innovate and think creatively to improve sales strategies and client engagement. The base salary for the position is $55,000 - $60,000 USD annually plus bonus and commission plan.

Proven record of delivering fine jewellery sales results, result-oriented with commercial acumen and a strong knowledge of the luxury retail industry.

Fluent in English and fluent in spoken and written English. Other languages (e.g., Spanish, Chinese, Arabic) are a plus.

Able to use a POS system, competent technical skills to support efficient business operations.
