**Schedule:** Full-time | Evening shift | Mondays - Fridays only, 10:30am-11:00pm, days TBD. Must be able to work occasional nights, weekends, or holidays.

**Lead the surgical environment by expertly managing both scrub and circulating functions to ensure a seamless, sterile, and safe operative experience for every patient.

• Advocate for patient safety through continuous monitoring and clear communication of the patient's condition, managing their holistic care journey before, during, and after the procedure.
• Collaborate as a primary surgical partner by assisting physicians with critical tasks-including wound exposure and suturing-to ensure precise clinical outcomes and patient stability.
• Drive clinical readiness by meticulously preparing the operating suite and specialized instrumentation, ensuring the team has everything required to provide life-saving care without delay.
• Ensure documentation excellence by capturing the patient's surgical story in real-time, maintaining high-quality records that support long-term recovery and institutional standards.

**Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
