Location: Tulsa, OK
Employment Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time
Schedule: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Hours: 40 hours/week

Position Overview - JT

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player who can quickly process instructions and work effectively in a high-acuity setting.

Key Responsibilities -

~ Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
~ Provide nursing care based on patient age, cultural, psychosocial, and clinical needs.
~ Document patient assessments, interventions, progress, and outcomes accurately.
~ Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
~ Facilitate patient education and discharge planning.
~ Monitor patient status and address changes in condition appropriately.
~ Participate in quality improvement and educational activities.
~ Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare staff.

Required Qualifications

~ 6–12 months of RN experience required; entry-level applicants will not be considered.
~ 1 year of Emergency Room (ER) experience preferred/required for the opening.
~ Trauma 1 ER experience strongly preferred.
~ Strong clinical judgment and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
~ Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
~ Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
~ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education

~ ADN or ASN degree from an approved nursing program.

Licensure & Certifications

~ Valid Oklahoma RN license or eligible multi-state RN license.
~ BLS required.
~ ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Compensation & Relocation

~ Pay range: $33.15 – $51.39/hour
~ Up to $10,000 relocation bonus may be available for candidates with 1+ year of experience who live 71+ miles from the facility.
~ Relocation bonus requires a 2-year commitment .
