• Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Starting Pay: $33.15/hour+ (Based on experience) + Benefits

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join the Emergency Room team in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The RN ER provides direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment. This role is responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, evaluating patient outcomes, and coordinating care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate is a confident, compassionate, and highly organized nurse who can quickly process instructions, prioritize multiple patient-care needs, and exercise sound clinical judgment in an emergency setting.

-> Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, considering age, cultural, psychosocial, and clinical factors.
• Develop and implement appropriate nursing interventions based on patient needs.
• Monitor patient status and response to treatment.
• Accurately document patient care and the nursing process in the medical record.
• Communicate using appropriate medical terminology.
• Identify patient problems and monitor progress toward established care goals.
• Provide safe, compassionate, and age-appropriate patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, ancillary departments, and other healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate patient discharge, referrals, services, and education.
• Educate patients and families according to their clinical condition and individual needs.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and communicate concerns promptly.
• Prioritize and organize care effectively in a high-volume emergency department.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and educational activities.
• Attend required in-services and maintain unit education standards.
• Complete variance reports and other required documentation.
• Follow hospital policies, procedures, and emergency department standards.
• Maintain professional communication with patients, families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

-> Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months of Registered Nurse experience .
• No entry-level applicants will be considered.
• ADN or ASN degree from an approved nursing program.
• Current, valid Oklahoma RN license or eligible multi-state RN license.
• Current BLS certification .
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency department.

-> Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Emergency Room / Emergency Department RN experience .
• 1 year of ER experience preferred/required per schedule notes.
• Trauma Level I experience preferred.
• Experience with general disease-state management processes.
• Knowledge of the biopsychosocial model and clinical pathways.

• Strong attention to detail when reviewing clinical and numerical information.
• Ability to quickly process instructions and respond appropriately during emergencies.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ability to remain effective in a high-volume, high-acuity emergency department.

-> Compensation & Relocation

Starting Pay: $33.15/hour

Eligible candidates may qualify for a relocation bonus of up to $10,000 if they:

• Have at least 1 year of RN experience .
• Live 71+ miles from the facility .
• Meet applicable eligibility requirements.
• Agree to a 2-year commitment .
