Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay: Starting at $33.15/hour
Relocation Bonus: Up to $10,000

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced Trauma Level I environment. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced ER RN who is a strong team player, communicates effectively, and can quickly process instructions while providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a high-acuity Emergency Department.
• Rapidly assess patient conditions and prioritize care based on clinical needs.
• Respond effectively to emergency and trauma situations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow clinical protocols, physician orders, and department procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and promote patient safety.

Requirements

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience required.
• Trauma Level I experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to process instructions quickly and adapt to changing patient needs.
• Strong, confident, and professional personality.

Schedule

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Compensation & Relocation

• Starting pay: $33.15/hour
• $10,000 relocation bonus available for qualified candidates
• Relocation bonus requires:
• • At least 1 year of ER experience
  • Candidate must live 71+ miles from the facility
  • 2-year commitment required
