Job Description This is a hybrid role - reporting to the Lakewood, NJ area.
We are looking for a talented individual... To join our team as a Program Coordinator! The Program support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. Program support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including; data management, metrics and reporting, and process definition and improvement.
Scheduling and tracking projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers and Program / Operations staff. Tracking and verifying program paperwork, files and correspondence.
Payment processing.
Data entry, gathering and tracking data, and assuring data quality.
Exporting predesigned reports.
Staff meetings and other program support.
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have... 0-2 years' experience in a customer facing role
Experience working with Microsoft Suite
Bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation $25.00
DOT Requirements If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
Compensation Range $19.55 - $27.25 Currency
