The Barista is an essential member of the Food and Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is a requirement of this role.
As one of the primary contacts for guests dining in the cafe, the server is responsible for serving food & beverage. Duties include greeting & welcoming guests, suggestive selling, describing menu offerings, recommending beverage pairings, anticipating guests' needs and monitoring overall guest satisfaction. Baristas must maintain a clean work environment and set up the following team for success. Baristas must have a very thorough knowledge of all menu items and be able to operate effectively as part of a team. Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Service Passion for Luxury Hospitality
Previous work experience in a free-standing coffee house/ roastery strongly preferred.
Compensation: $15.74-$17.24. per hour, plus tips.
