Greet customers and guests with a friendly, professional attitude
Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department or team member
Assist customers with questions and provide general dealership information
Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
Provide customers with receipts and appropriate paperwork
Assist Service Advisors and other dealership departments with customer needs
Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and cashier area
Provide professional and courteous service during every customer interaction
As a Performance Team Member, You Will:
Put the customer and others first
Ask for help and give help
High school diploma or GED
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Ability to accurately handle payments and customer transactions
