Our client is a fast-growing, digitally focused business dedicated to improving online performance and customer experience. They prioritize data-driven decision-making and continuous optimisation, with a strong emphasis on website performance, user experience, and conversion growth.
We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager (Website & Growth Focus) to take ownership of website performance, user experience, and conversion optimisation. Optimise website performance across UX, user journeys, and conversion funnels
Analyse user behaviour using analytics tools to identify growth opportunities
Execute and improve technical SEO initiatives to enhance visibility and rankings
Collaborate closely with developers to implement website improvements
Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and continuously improve performance
Track, analyse, and report on key website and marketing metrics
