Caregivers Needed for IMMEDIATE HIRE! **Flexible hours**

Caregiver assisting residents with daily living activities, maintaining resident dignity and safety while providing compassionate, high‑quality care. The role requires responsiveness, compassion, and adherence to care plans and company policies.

20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Respond to resident needs promptly and kindly, maintaining each resident’s self‑respect, personal dignity, safety, and confidentiality (approx. Read and follow care plans to ensure proper care is provided (10%)

Assist residents in daily living activities including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and toileting (20%)

Provide assistance at mealtimes such as selecting meals, serving, eating, and clearing trays (3%)

Transport residents to appointments, meals, and activities, using safe lifting and transferring techniques (3%)

Perform regular safety checks on residents (1%)

Encourage and lead residents in daily activities and meaningful enrichment programs (3%)

Assist with laundry, cleaning, and other community duties as assigned (1%)

Chart and document resident information and incident reports, and communicate any changes to a supervisor immediately (4%)

Respond promptly to all resident alerts and emergency situations (3%)

Support fire and safety drills to ensure resident safety and comfort (1%)

or possess valid work authorization and permit

High school diploma or equivalent

Current first‑aid certification

on‑the‑job training available for candidates with the right attitude and desire

Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing English

Must meet and maintain all state‑specific regulatory requirements
