Job Responsibilities:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following or a related field:
- Accounting
- Finance
- Economics
- Engineering
- Mathematics / Physics
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain tools and capabilities supporting Data Governance and CDLF data maintenance.
- Manage user security/access and update reference tables as required.
- Implement data metrics to monitor the quality of source and output data.
- Gather requirements and maintain project plans for new CDLF deliverables and enhancements.
- Manage inbound and outbound data connections, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Create and maintain KPI tracking tools to monitor continuous improvement and business performance.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
- Support data quality checks and ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
- Document data structures, processes, and user guidance.
- Identify opportunities to improve data flow, accessibility, and reporting efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly status reports.
- Coordinate multiple activities, deadlines, and priorities across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in **Finance, Accounting, Data Governance, Analytics, or related areas**.
- Strong **Project Management** experience.
- Strong **Data Governance and Data Quality** experience.
- Experience with **KPI definition, tracking, and maintenance**.
- Strong reporting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint**.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience analyzing and summarizing data from multiple sources.

Pay Scale:
Anticipated hourly pay range: specific range such as ($70/Hr to $82/Hr).
