Front Desk Receptionist – Part time or Full Time
Practice: Allergy & Asthma Medical Practice (5 Providers)

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team at a busy allergy and asthma medical practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our healthcare providers. You will be responsible for assisting with a variety of front office tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring smooth patient flow and coordination of care.

Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
Provide administrative support to various departments and locations as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
Work closely with physicians, nurses, and office staff to ensure smooth patient care coordination.
Assist with other tasks as assigned to support office operations and ensure efficient workflow.

Previous medical front desk or receptionist experience is preferred.
Proficiency in using office equipment (phones, faxes, etc.).
eClinicalWorks Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience is a bonus.
Ability to work effectively with medical staff to facilitate patient care.
Positive, professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
