Recruitment Resourcer (remote)

We’re seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to provide remote support to recruiters across various locations in a temporary, part-time (20 hours per week) capacity. This role is responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining applicant data, assisting with onboarding activities, and supporting day-to-day recruiting operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while helping deliver an exceptional candidate experience and supporting hiring initiatives across several markets. Provide administrative and coordination support to recruiters across multiple locations in a remote environment.

Assist with sourcing and recruiting activities, including posting job advertisements and reviewing candidate applications.

Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant information within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Partner with recruiting team members to provide status updates and help ensure hiring processes move forward efficiently.

Assist with special recruiting projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a relevant field preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.

One (1) year of administrative, customer service, scheduling coordination, or office support experience preferred.

Experience in recruiting, human resources, staffing, healthcare, or talent acquisition is a plus, but not required.
