HOAMCO is seeking a full-time Receptionist for our Santa Fe office. We are looking for candidates who are friendly, professional, and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. As the first contact with our clients and guests, providing excellent customer service is of the utmost importance. This position will encompass both reception front desk duties and additional administrative support as needed.
Qualifications: 2-3 years of reception/administrative experience is preferred
Dependable, reliable attendance is key in this role
Advanced written and verbal communication skills; excellent telephone etiquette
Must be committed to providing excellent customer service
Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office products
Outgoing, friendly and helpful personality is a must for this position
Job Duties: Managing front entrance area
Greeting all visitors/homeowners to determine their immediate needs
Answering a multi-line phone system
Clerical/administrative support as assigned
Background and drug screening is required for selected candidate.
