Directs the preparation, authorization, and execution of capital projects and is accountable for cost, schedule, and functionality of the projects through completion of construction. Ensures that all major capital projects are supportive to the strategic direction and needs of the HSO. The Director facilitates the strategic planning process for the HSO.ResponsibilitiesManages individuals including but not limited to: onboarding and hiring, training, workload management & performance evaluations, conducting professional development plans as needed.
