Part-Time Recruiter
Based out of Crown Point, Indiana but the role will be remote.
Hourly pay: $28-35 About the Opportunity
Our growing installation and project-based organization is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to support hiring efforts across multiple states. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and recruiting installers, production employees, and skilled labor candidates for projects located throughout the United States.

Recruit production workers, installers, and skilled labor candidates for projects nationwide
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels
Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and project leaders
Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Track candidate activity and update recruiting systems and reports
Assist with job postings, recruiting campaigns, and workforce planning efforts
Previous recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or human resources experience preferred
Experience recruiting skilled trades, production, manufacturing, construction, or installation personnel is a plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
Flexible part-time schedule
