Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient information, progress notes, and other relevant data to maintain accurate records
• Participate in multidisciplinary care conferences to discuss patient care and improve outcomes
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
