Our expanding network of in-house therapy Ensign-affiliate operated healthcare facilities is growing, and we are scouting for excellent therapists to join us at Courtyard Healthcare Center . We offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking Full Time Occupational Therapists for our in-house rehab program! FULL TIME : Flexible schedule with work-life balance net Access initiatives to help you grow as a leader. Effectively screens/evaluates patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders and develops appropriate plan of care following all regulatory and clinical practice standards. Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements. Administers various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan including but not limited to: ADL retraining; Assesses patient's progress and adjust treatments accordingly in the clinical record per regulatory and clinical practice requirements. Effectively communicates with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, barriers, and treatment plans. Provides comprehensive discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements.
