Per Diem: $875/week if all qualifications are met

MMR is seeking Procurement Coordinator candidates to oversee procurement activities including purchase order tracking, vendor coordinator, submittal alignment, material expediting, delivery forecasting, and support for pricing, equipment documentation, and material readiness. Develop and maintain a procurement log inclusive of submittal approvals, engineering review process and manufacturing delivery

Coordinate with Engineering and Scheduling departments to ensure material deliveries align with installation milestones

Expedite critical materials and long‑lead items

Coordinate submittal approvals with procurement activities

Monitor delivery schedules and status reports

Coordinate with Quality and Commissioning Manager on equipment preservation procedures

Coordinate with vendors to receive operation and maintenance manuals for all MMR installed equipment

Coordinate supply risks to project leadership

Ability to work independently, prioritize, organize, problem solve, and exercise good judgement with minimal supervision

Ability to coordinate a variety of projects simultaneously

Working knowledge of MS Office software

Willingness to work flexible, varying hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
