Job Summary

We're offering a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000.00 to welcome you to our team. We are seeking a full-time, 40‑hour Phlebotomist to work onsite at 541 Main Street in Weymouth. The role is available Monday‑Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Essential Functions

Obtains quality blood samples using a variety of phlebotomy methods for all age groups.

Ensures accurate patient identification, proper specimen labeling, and correct processing, handling, and transportation of specimens.

Communicates effectively with patients and patient‑care teams, explaining procedures and addressing patient concerns to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Handles sharps and biohazardous materials in accordance with regulatory requirements, ensuring safety for patients and staff.

Works fluently with computer programs and systems and complies with HIPAA regulations.

Performs other test administration and specimen collection duties as assigned.

Complies with all policies and standards.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Completion of a phlebotomy course preferred.
