Highlands Community Charter and Technical Schools (HCCTS) is a public charter organization headquartered in Sacramento, California, delivering no-cost adult education across the state. HCCTS offers high school diploma programs, English language instruction, and career technical education to adult learners aged 22 and up, equipping them with skills and confidence to pursue meaningful careers and build generational legacies. The College and Career Counselor supports students in developing and achieving postsecondary goals by providing comprehensive guidance related to college readiness, career exploration, and post-graduation planning. The counselor helps students identify educational pathways aligned with their interests, strengths, and goals while ensuring they have the knowledge and resources necessary for success after high school completion.
