Front Desk Receptionist, Hourly
$18 - $22 per hourDentive
Matthew’s Dental is seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team in Saratoga Springs, UT. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least one year of dental front office experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing excellent patient care.
Pay: $18–$22 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
Bonus opportunities available
Holiday pay after one year of employment
Answer phones and manage patient inquiries
Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records
Keep the front office organized and running smoothly
Identify office needs and proactively assist team members
Minimum 1 year of dental front desk experience required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience with dental software
Basic knowledge of dental insurance and billing practices
Familiarity with insurance verification and claims
Ability to anticipate office needs and take initiative
