Instructional Design Professional Job

As an Instructional Designer , you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive onboarding and training programin support of our Federal client. Outline and understand end users to create training appropriate to meet their diverse needs
Analyze existing training materials and business processes to identify learning gaps/needs and opportunities for improvement
Research appropriate learning content and coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to structure learning paths
Develop interactive and engaging training materials using a variety of modalities (videos, user guides, gamified learning, etc.) Lead the training development and delivery
Consider long-term governance for sustaining training programs and materials
S. government Public Trust Security Clearance

• 4+ years of experience in Education, Training, HR, or related field
• Thorough knowledge of the full training life cycle and demonstrated ability to develop and implement
• Knowledge of contemporary learning management software platforms
• Experience with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques
• Experience collaborating within a multi-disciplinary delivery team including UX/UI designers, technologists, data scientists, engineers, solution architects, and change managers
• Familiarity with Design Thinking and a natural curiosity for solving problems coupled with strong analytical skills
• Experience working in a project-based environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and in database software
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Training and Instructional Design
